Northgate introduces range of new rental solutions

Northgate has launched a number of new products to bring a wide range of choices for how LCV fleets rent and manage their vehicles.

The new solutions offer a portfolio of products, dubbed Northgate Choice.

New solutions on offer include a portfolio of products, dubbed Northgate Choice and bringing a new Norfix Fixed Term Rental solution for those wanting the peace of mind of predictable long-term costs.

The new range, which is developed to provide customers with options to fix, flex or mix, also features the existing Northgate Flexible Term Rental (Norflex). Fleets can also opt for a tailored combination of both the Norfix and Norflex products, providing a balance of scalability and flexibility with cost control.

The newly launched portfolio is completed by a new We Buy You Rent scheme which enables customers to trade-in their own older vehicles with new rentals.

Northgate also offers a complete fleet management service, giving fleets access to key information including invoicing, vehicle documentation and damage insight, as well as a telematics service, enabling customers to track and manage their vehicle fleet in real-time.

Northgate Choice is underpinned by Northgates service package including maintenance and breakdown recovery with replacement vehicles where needed, legal maintenance (for example, MoT, Road Fund Licence) and a dedicated account manager.

Northgate managing director, Eddie Aston said: Weve learnt that businesses want flexibility, more control, regular payment with no extra costs and no worries over vehicles off the road. But they also want a partnership with a company that understands their need for agility, cost control and, above all, choice. As the UKs largest LCV rental company we believe its our role to forge new ways of working to address these needs.
