SD Sealants Ltd takes on 30 Transporter new vans

Cosmetic repairs contractor SD Sealants has signed a deal for 30 new Transporter vans over the next three years as part of its ongoing fleet replacement programme.

The Transporters are used by the firm’s senior employees.

The contract, which builds on an existing relationship between the two brands, has already seen the immediate order of three new T28 SWB Transporters for the company’s mixed fleet of 100 vehicles, which will be supplied by the Vertu Van Centre in Hereford.

The existing sixth-generation Transporters are predominantly used for more senior employees within the company and praised for their build quality and car-like drive.

Nick Jones, managing director at SD Sealants, commented: “As a market-leading company that provides a quality service, the Volkswagen Transporter definitely mirrors our ethos. Our employees travel up and down the country every day using the vehicles as a practical tool box to carry everything they need for their job. So not only is the Transporter a fantastic resource to carry tools and equipment, it also allows drivers to be fresh and ready to work after a comfortable journey.”For more of the latest industry news, click here.
