Sprinter and Caddy return to winner’s circle at ACFO Awards

This year’s awards, which are voted online exclusively by the ACFO membership following nominations from across the industry, saw the Sprinter and Caddy respectively took the Large Van of the Year and Small Van of the Year Awards. The Sprinter last won in 2010 and the Caddy two years ago.

Amongst the other awards, vehicle contract hire and fleet management specialist Marshall Leasing notched its third title. The company won the Fleet Service Company of the Year title it previously secured in 2013 and 2010.

Road safety charity Brake gained its first-ever accolade, scooping the Fleet Safety Initiative of the Year for providing fleet decision-makers with a range of resources – including events and webinars and expert advice – to further improve occupational road risk management across the corporate sector.

There was also a highly commended in the category for the Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme. It was a first-time mention at the awards for the accreditation scheme which aims to improve commercial vehicle compliance standards.
