2014 Fleet World Fleet Show is unqualified success

Attended by most of the major fleet manufacturers, the Show provided fleet decision-makers with a chance to get behind the wheel of the latest fleet cars, including low-emission variants along with electric vehicles and luxury models too.

Meanwhile the many fleet service company exhibitors in the Silverstone Wing reported a successful day, with keen interest from the large numbers of attendees, leading to strong demand from exhibitors to sign up to next year’s Show.

The seminar programme also proved a resounding success. This year’s Show saw the introduction of new-look workshop-style sessions that tackled fleet policy, risk management, driver training and environmental management and were well attended.

Commenting on the strong success of the event, Fleet World Fleet Show organiser Jerry Ramsdale said: ‘This year’s Fleet Show was an unqualified success. Visitors don’t always appreciate the tremendous amount of effort that goes into organising a show like this, but the fact that went so well is largely down to the hard work put in beforehand by the exhibitors and the organizers. We’re already looking at how we can develop the show in 2015 to embrace an even wider audience and this year’s event provides us with the perfect platform.’
