Alphabet adds to wholesale funding team

Joyce is a fleet finance specialist with more than 10 years’ experience in the fleet and mobility sectors. In his new role he will be responsible for supporting new and existing customers, including accident management companies, car clubs and daily rental businesses, with their high-volume, multi-make funding needs.

Joyce will be will be working with the wider Alphabet team to further expand wholesale business in the electric vehicle sector, building on recent success with electric vehicle car clubs. The firm said that following the launch of its AlphaElectric EV consultancy scheme, it is extending its drive to lead the market in the electric vehicle sector across to wholesale funding, giving customers very competitive rates.

Alphabet’s wholesale team had a record 2013, and expects to deliver funding solutions for a further 10,000 units in 2014. The Alphabet wholesale offering includes contract hire, contract purchase, conditional sale and finance lease for both cars and LCVs.

Paul Hollick, chief commercial officer, commented: ‘We’re delighted to welcome David on board. With vast experience and knowledge of the fleet and finance management sector, David is a great addition to the team. The wholesale funding team’s success over the past 12 months is set to continue this year.’
