Cresswell gained experience within the commercial enhancement industry whilst working for Bott and Bri-Stor.

During this time, he provided consultative support to customers, working closely with them to develop a detailed understanding of their vehicle fleet and helping them to reduce whole life costs, improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements.

Commenting on his new role, Cresswell said: ‘I am delighted to be joining Arval at what is an exciting time for the business with a clear focus on growth and service quality.

'Having worked with Arval in the past, I have always been impressed by the integrity and passion of their employees and their approach to managing complex LCV fleets. I believe that my experience will bring value to our customers in developing and strengthening what is already a really strong customer offer.’

Mike Curtis, corporate sales director at Arval, added: ‘With his extensive LCV knowledge, Liam is a great addition to our sales team.
