Online fashion retailer ASOS is introducing a same-day delivery service for London customers in partnership with Citysprint’s On the dot specified hour delivery technology.
Rolling out across the capital following a successful trial, ASOS Instant will see orders placed before 10am from Sunday to Friday arrive the same day between 6pm and 10pm.
The service, which is scheduled to be introduced to other UK cities over the coming months, will run alongside existing options, such as click and collect and standard delivery.
Patrick Gallagher, CitySprint Group CEO, commented: “This move from ASOS is a recognition of the huge role that convenient delivery plays in acquiring and retaining customers, who expect to be able to shop on their own terms.”
