ATS Euromaster has expanded its offering to more SME customers through its Business Club and Business Club+ programmes.

Following a pilot, Business Club is now available to thousands of members, targeting SMEs with a tailored offer that delivers exclusive trade pricing via a national network of centres and mobile units.
It’s aimed at any business running 30 or fewer vans or cars on its fleet. Typical members are delivery drivers, couriers, painters and decorators, plumbers, carpenters and general tradespeople. There are two levels of membership available: Business Club or Business Club+.
Business Club is a cash business account with regular email offers and promotions, free no-obligation vehicle health checks and discounts on servicing and maintenance aspects of work.
Business Club+, chosen by the majority of SME fleets, offers 30-day credit terms, the ATS Euromaster mobile tyre fitting service, free vehicle health checks, email promotions, enhanced SMR rates, plus digital reporting.
Business Club and Business Club+ will look after all SME fleet vehicles, including those on a business contract hire without maintenance to provide cost-effective servicing.
Dan Hickman, national sales manager at ATS Euromaster, said it was important to acknowledge SME fleet operators often require a different level of service to major corporate clients.
“Given the nature of many of the businesses that fall in this sector and their importance to the country, it’s been pivotal to create an offering that meets their need. By doing so we enable them and their business to stay mobile and earn.
“Our digital contact strategy works well for the customer, especially with offers that can help drive down the costs of SMR and tyre replacements, whilst there is the reassurance of a nationwide network of centres that can support fleets over a large geographical area.”
The emergency mobile tyre fitment service, only available to Business Club+ tiered members, is already proving very popular with SMEs, allowing businesses to continue working while their van is attended to either at a site, in a yard or at home without the requirement to visit an ATS Euromaster centre for a tyre.
“We continue to support SME fleets with good value service and tyre replacement. They are an important sector of the automotive landscape that often gets overlooked. The simple but effective digital communications work well with the SME psyche, they get value for money, and the convenience is a further attraction,” added Hickman.
