ATS Euromaster helps keep fleets moving this Christmas

Fleets do not need to have an account to take advantage of ATS Euromaster’s roadside rapid response service. Since 2011 the company, which responds to more than 27,000 calls per month, has extended its service to non-account customers on a pay-as-you-go basis.

Tyre breakdowns can seriously impact upon a company’s bottom line and reputation if urgent deliveries are delayed – and for blue light fleets it can be a matter of life or death. Year to date, the company has averaged just 66 minutes from receipt of a customer’s initial call, to arrival at roadside.

Peter Fairlie, ATS Euromaster’s group sales director, said: ‘We support a significant number of blue light fleets, utilities companies, ground fleet service operators at airports and national hauliers, which will be operating throughout the Christmas break.

‘A tyre emergency can strike at any time and whilst it’s almost impossible to predict when it will happen, we are ready to get customers back on the road as quickly as possible, regardless of whether it’s in the early hours of Christmas morning or approaching midnight on New Year’s Eve.’
