ATS Euromaster to share "top tips" for van fleets at CV Show 2014

The booklets will showcase 25 "top tips" to help van operators improve their fleet performance – covering everything from vehicle specifications to scheduled servicing.

According to ATS Euromaster, this "need-to-know" information builds upon the company's near 50 years’ experience servicing van customers, coupled with its own skills in running a 900-strong mobile tyre fitting fleet.

Commenting on their plans for the Show, Peter Fairlie, ATS Euromaster’s Group Sales Director, said: 'Most fleets know us for being the country’s largest commercial vehicle tyre specialist, but not all realise our light commercial vehicle expertise extends to everything from Class IV and Class VII MOTs to complex fault diagnostics.

'We’ll be using the three days at the NEC to highlight our van excellence – building on the £12 million we’ve invested since 2010 in upgrading our network and extending the services we can offer van operators.'

Truck fleets will also be able to find out more about ATS Euromaster’s new electronic FleetSure inspection tool and Service Value Calculator, which can be used to audit a fleet’s tyres and predict the potential savings achievable.

Both tools are utilised in conjunction with the consultative approach ATS Euromaster favours when working with new customers, assessing a fleet’s current tyre performance and targets, before identifying the tweaks which can be made to secure improvements in efficiency.

'The country might be emerging from the economic doldrums, but own-account fleets and hauliers still need to be managing their running costs just as carefully. Almost every conversation we are having with prospects right now is about delivering financial savings and bolstering fleet performance,' Fairlie added.

'At the CV Show we’ll be demonstrating how our wealth of tyre knowledge and honest approach to business can help fleets drive more value from their tyres.'

ATS Euromaster’s "25 top tips" booklet will also be available to download at www.atseuromaster.co.uk/business from 29 April.
