Axis Fleet Management has promoted sales and marketing director Leigh Goodland to the role of managing director.
The company, which specialises in long-term contract hire and fleet management services, recruited Goodland as sales director in March 2017 and shortly afterwards gave him overall responsibility for marketing.
Axis executive chairman Robert Montague said: “Since joining us earlier this year, Leigh has shown himself to be an innovative and energetic leader who has helped transform our business by focusing on the highest service standards and value-added solutions for our customers.”
His promotion follows the departure of previous incumbent Mick Ledden to aerial work platform and telehandler rental and sales specialist Riwal.
