The Doncaster facility will manage 2,500 used LCVs a year, handling inspection, refurbishment and pre-sale imaging. All elements of bodywork repair will be undertaken on-site, alongside valeting and imaging and BCA has deployed the latest technology to process vehicles in the most cost-effective and efficient way.

John Brown, general manager at BCA Doncaster, commented: “We have developed an advanced facility that can work flexibly to meet the requirements of the Mercedes-Benz used programme. It is great to be creating a world-class automotive facility in Doncaster.”

Mick Glover, van remarketing manager, Mercedes-Benz Vans UK, added: “The van market continues to go from strength to strength in the UK and it was vital that we chose a partner that shared our approach to delivering rigorous standards and a high level of service. BCA has developed a dedicated operation that will support our goals for the approved used van programme.”
