Judging comment:

“Arval has been working to reduce downtime for its LCV customers by looking at every step of the vehicle life cycle. This covers initial vehicle requirements, sourcing the right van at the right time. It also includes complete in-life support, downtime management and a flexible return process. Arval has combined several products including an accident management solution and a bespoke telematics solution to strengthen the proposition to customers, underpinned by dedicated support through an Arval account manager.”
