Rix has been with the business since 2001, most recently as head of business transformation, but also in roles including simple & efficient programme leader and head of ELS vendor operations.

The new head of service delivery position will see Rix use her understanding of the asset finance industry to drive operational excellence in key delivery areas such as new business, credit, asset management and customer service.

Commenting on Rix’s appointment, Jean-Michel Boyer, CEO of BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions, said: “Throughout her time with the business, Andrea has shown exceptional leadership skills. Andrea is deeply committed to exceptional customer service and as part of the leadership team, will continue to play a key role in executing our mid-term plan which is underpinned by a significant digital investment programme and process optimisation for our partners and customers.”

As part of her new role, she joins the UK business leadership team joining newly appointed head of sales Mark Richards. Richards replaces Jon Cooper, head of ELS vendor sales, who enters retirement early 2019, having served BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions for more than seven years.

Jean-Michel Boyer added: “Over the years, Jon has made an immensely positive impact on our company and those who have worked with him. I would like to personally thank Jon for his unwavering service and dedication, and offer him our greatest thanks and appreciation on behalf of the business.”
