Bott to run Lightfoot on inhouse fleet under expanded alliance

Bott is extending its partnership with Lightfoot, including installing the driver behaviour and rewards solution on its inhouse van fleet and exploring expansion of the deal into Europe.

The updated partnership will explore expansion into Europe

Building on their existing collaboration, the deal will see Bott clients given the chance to  review and trial Lightfoot during the conversion design and prototyping process and then have the new technology installed by Bott as part of the build programme, bringing a one-stop shop service.

Bott will also install Lightfoot’s in-vehicle driver rewards technology in its own vehicles, enabling it to benefit from fuel savings and reduced insurance premiums, as well as increased employee wellbeing and satisfaction.

Bott will also expand the rewards on offer for Lightfoot users with the creation of the Bott Lightfoot League, in which the firm will be sponsoring weekly prizes for drivers.

Stephen Turner, sales director at Bott, said: “Working more closely with Lightfoot in this way makes sense for us and our customers too, further enhancing the services we deliver.

“We are excited by the potential this partnership offers, including in the longer term, joining forces with Lightfoot to explore potential European expansion opportunities.”
