BT Fleet rolls out 24-hour garage service

Phase one of the process has already been completed in Glasgow, Northallerton, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, Cardiff and Wimbledon. More locations are expected to be added during a later second phase.

The new service is already being used by fleets including G4S, the AA and BT’s Openreach division and will enables firms to have vehicles serviced and managed during periods when they are less likely to be in use.

Henry Brace, managing director, BT Fleet, said: “Looking at the specialist needs of our customers, extending our opening hours was the best way for us to continue to provide the best possible service. We understand that the majority of our customers operate outside of the traditional 9-5 working day, so we’ve tailored our service to accommodate their needs.

“We are eager to finalise phase two of the programme, allowing even more customers across a greater number of locations to benefit from the extended opening of our sites.”
