BT Fleet is to showcase a number of new solutions at this year’s CV Show, including a smart phone app, online portal enhancements and its new mobile SMR solution.
Launched as part of the firm’s multimillion pound investment in technology and new systems, the new developments include the Daily Vehicle Check app, which enables fleet drivers to log vehicle checks electronically, capturing any defects on a live basis. The app – the first to be launched by the company – links with BT’s core fleet management system and provides a live picture of driver and vehicle compliance.
At the CV Show, which takes place 25-27 April at the NEC in Birmingham, BT Fleet will also be offering live demonstrations of the company’s newly launched online booking management system and management information system as well as putting the spotlight its mobile SMR capability – a recent capability extension made possible via its acquisition of SEV.
BT Fleet will also be putting the spotlight on its work on the Connected Vehicle with EE and discussing findings of the BT Fleet and AA Operational Fleet Insight report – which focuses on some of the most pressing issues impacting operational fleets today, including the economy and Brexit and the role of technology and telematics. Visitors to the stand will be able to pick up a free copy of the report.
