The resource is designed to cover all the questions commonly asked about the company’s FleetWave and RoadBASE products as well as offering extensive guidance about how to maximise their potential. It will go online later in the first quarter of this year.
The launch of the Academy follows an earlier announcement that a major upgrade of fleet customer support arrangements will be implemented at Chevin during 2014. The changes will see a new community forum put in place alongside an extensive knowledge base library, as well as new feedback methods designed to create future enhancements.
