Citroën LCV scrappage scheme delivers up to £10,000 saving

Operators trading in older LCVs can now receive up to £10,000 towards the cost of a new Citroën van under the manufacturer’s newly launched scrappage scheme.

The scheme is open until 31 March 2020

Following in the footsteps of the car scheme launched in November 2019, the LCV scheme is open to vehicles of any make or model registered before 1 January 2014 and means owners can benefit from £5,000 off a Berlingo panel van, £6,500 off a Dispatch panel van or Relay 30, £9,000 off a Relay 33 panel van, and £10,000 off a Relay 35 or Relay 40 panel van. This is on top of the trade-in value of their vehicle.

Operators must have owned their vans for more than 90 days and the scheme is open until 31 March 2020.

Ed Hickin, Citroën UK’s head of business sales, said: “We are excited to be able to offer our Citroën LCV Swappage Scheme across the UK. With savings of up to £10,000 towards a new Citroën van, the Swappage Scheme offers a huge incentive for business and private buyers to gain significant savings on their next van. With such a broad offering available, from our multi-award winning Berlingo Van right up to our comprehensive Ready to Run range, there really is a Citroën van for everyone.”
