Citygate launches car and van leasing business

Dealer group Citygate Holdings has launched a new leasing company to broaden its retail and business customer proposition.

Greg Taylor, managing director

Citygate Leasing features a dedicated team working with a panel of funding partners to offer personal contract hire (PCH) to retail consumers along with business contract hire (BCH) and salary sacrifice to organisations.

The business, which has secured FCA approval, offers multiple car and LCV brands, drawing on a large network of dealer groups for vehicle ordering and processing.

It’s also exploring options for used vehicle leasing, working with selected partners to introduce secondary leasing of approved used stock.

Based at the group’s corporate HQ in Marlow, Citygate Leasing will operate across mainland UK but has a particular focus on acquiring new corporate customers across London and the Home Counties; areas which are synonymous with the Citygate brand.

Greg Taylor, managing director, said: “Leasing has become an increasingly popular choice for consumers looking for cost-effective and convenient vehicle and maintenance solutions, so the launch of our new leasing business aims to ensure that Citygate continues to offer the breadth of products and services which meet the needs of both retail and corporate customers.”
