Clymac to drive customer service levels with vehicle tracking solution

The company is to use the web-based Ctrack Online system to monitor 37 cars and vans. Replacing an existing tracking system, the new solution will predominantly comprise hardwired tracking units along with a small number of self-installed devices, which connect quickly and easily to a vehicle’s OBD II diagnostic port and will be used in hire vehicles for new starters.

Clymac will use the tracking system to identify best-placed and most appropriate engineer, so it can quickly and efficiently respond to reactive issues.

Mark Connolly, operations manager at Clymac, commented: “We have worked closely with Ctrack to implement a highly-effective vehicle tracking solution across our car fleet. We look forward to it becoming an important tool within our operation to ensure we are achieving highly effective engineering support nationwide along with optimum levels of customer service.”
