CMS Window Systems signs rentback deal with TOM

The deal is set to bring both financial and operational benefits for the firm – one of Scotland’s largest window, door and curtain walling designers, fabricators and installers – as the business grows following the recent investment in new machinery to increase its operational capacity.

The mixed fleet of 37 vehicles provided by TOM consists of cars, small vans, 3.5t Luton vans, 7.5t Box vans and 7.5t Dropsides on a mix of flexible rental and contract hire terms to suit CMS’ ideal fleet profile.

James Rafferty, sales & marketing director for TOM Vehicle Rental, said: “We see a trend moving away from fleet ownership to usership. Our Rentback solution allows businesses to quickly convert their vans and trucks to the latest models with a fixed cost that can be budgeted for while releasing any trapped fleet equity.”
