Collapsible pick-up truck racking system launched in UK

The Invis-A-Rack Cargo Management System enables user to carry ladders, timber or pipework on a flatbed pick-up truck. The retractable cab-level racking system is aimed at tradespeople and contractors, including plumbers, builders and joiners.

Manufactured from lightweight aluminium coated with a black textured finish to protect against corrosion, Invis-A-Rack provides a sturdy frame when erected. The rack can hold 220kg and when not in use, the rack can be folded away into rails clamped to the pick-up without impacting on truck bed storage space.

This easy clamp installation means the Invis-A-Rack can be fitted in a matter of minutes.

Auto Styling Truckman stocks The Invis-A-Rack for Double Cab, Extra Cab and Single Cab versions of the current models of the most popular pick-up trucks, comprising the Ford Ranger (Mk5), Isuzu D-Max (Mk4), Nissan Navara (Mk2), Mitsubishi L200 (Mk7), Toyota Hilux (Mk7) and Volkswagen Amarok (Mk1)

The Extra Cab and Single Cab versions also include a small storage box in the rail bed, which is ideal for storing tie-down straps and bungees.

The Double Cab retails for £478.80 (inc. VAT) and the Single Cab and Extra Cab cost £516.18 (inc. VAT). They can be purchased from www.autostylinguk.co.uk or by calling 0845 644 4704.

Mike Wheeler, managing firector of Auto Styling Truckman, said: ‘There is nothing like this available in the UK and European pick-up truck market and we are delighted to have secured this agreement with DeeZee. I met Donny at this year’s SEMA show and was immediately impressed with the product. As a UK-based manufacturer and distributor, I was also keen on DeeZee’s commitment to maintain its manufacturing operation in the United States.’
