Band of Builders is using Citroën Dispatch and ë-Dispatch vans to aid its life-enhancing projects, allowing the charity to increase the number of people it can support.
Also known as ‘BoB’ for short, Band of Builders helps tradespeople and their families who face adversity due to illness, injury or life-changing circumstances. Its work includes delivering practical adaptations to their homes, along with financial and well-being support.
The new Citroën vans will allow the charity to transport materials and equipment to sites across the country, and further support the reach of its work.
Band of Builders CEO Gavin Crane said: “We are proud to partner with Citroën UK and we are looking forward to taking our fully liveried Band of Builders Dispatch and ë-Dispatch vans on the road to projects, meetings, and events up and down the UK.
“This partnership signifies just how far our charity has come in a few short years – because as well as having an incredible base of dedicated volunteers, businesses like Citroën UK are seeing the work that Band of Builders does and are offering innovative solutions to help.”
Greg Taylor, Citroën UK’s managing director, added: “Band of Builders changes lives up and down the UK – so to be able to support the charity expand its reach is absolutely fantastic. Watch out for the distinctive Dispatch and ë-Dispatch vans when they are out and about in the coming months, helping the whole team make a difference right across the country.”
