Inspect Any Car has launched a damage repair network offering a solution to cosmetic and minor vehicle damage, with coverage throughout the UK.
Building on the firm’s launch of a fixed-price inspection service for fleets last autumn, the new damage repair network will further enhance the service offering with a cost-effective solution to minor repair aimed directly at fleets.
Managing director Robert Hawes commented: “Our intention was to create a minor damage repair network that would complement our lease return service but also be a stand-alone repair network that is available to anyone with minor damage repair requirements.”
The service provides a network of more than 300 industry-accredited mobile repair vehicles and rapid repair centres, and covers a broad spectrum of minor repairs from bumper scuffs and alloy wheels through to multiple panel damage, covering a variety of specialist repair methods.
Hawes continued: “Our network partners include the industry-leading SMART repairers, paintless dent removal companies, mobile bodyshops and rapid repair centres, so our customers are not tied to the limitations of one supplier and one scope of damage.”
The service is supported by Inspect Any Car’s cloud-based CRM that provides a traffic light workflow for repairs. All customers receive their own portal that can give them a complete overview to any repairs deployed and as part of the service customers can create a range of M.I. reports to assist in their fleet management.
Hawes concluded: “Customers can report damage to us at any time, our service revolves around a simplistic process for estimate generation followed by one-click deployment, all seamlessly managed.
“Our repair network is effectively a ‘one-stop shop’ for all minor repairs and our customers can expect substantial cost reductions compared to traditional repair methods.”
