Crown Commercial Service develops ‘one-stop shop’ for public sector fleet support

Crown Commercial Service (CCS) has developed a new suite of fleet web pages, providing a ‘one-stop shop’ solution for public sector fleet support.

The new CCS suite of web pages provides a mix of videos, articles, case studies and news items to provide comprehensive guidance to public sector fleets

Focused around the different challenges public sector fleet managers face, the pages provide a mix of videos, articles, case studies and news items to provide comprehensive guidance, ranging from streamlined advice on finding a new tyre, through to help with starting on the shift to sustainable solutions.

Together, the solutions cover a wealth of CCS services, from fleet acquisitions and conversions, to managing and maintaining vehicles. They also include the new and improved Fleet Portal, which gives fleets a quick and easy way to generate and compare real-time quotations, and helps find the right vehicle solution for organisations.

Tammy Carter, head of category – fleet at CCS

Tammy Carter, head of category – fleet at CCS, said the new web pages provide an extra helping hand to fleet managers facing a wealth of issues at the moment.

“The usual winter pressures, the ever-increasing importance of sustainability and the coronavirus pandemic mean there’s never been a tougher time for those who manage the public sector fleet.

“To help with this, we’ve created a suite of new fleet web pages, unpacking each element of our suite of Total Fleet Solutions.

“The pages have been created by our fleet team and are filled with insight, case studies, videos and commercial agreement news. We hope they will help guide the public sector through the coming months and years.”
