D-Max gets tough with new Raptor coating option

Isuzu D-Max customers can now opt for a protective coating from Raptor for their flat-beds.

The Raptor coating for flatbeds is available with finishes from smooth to ‘non-slip’ coarse.

Available through the Isuzu range of accessories, the coating from U-POL joins the current ABS Plastic Load Liner on the options list to bring a tougher option that forms a water-tight seal, reducing opportunities for corrosion to set in and protecting against damage including fluid spillages, animal waste, salt water and rain.

Available via Isuzu’s specialist application centres, the Raptor coating can also be tinted and is available with different finishes from smooth to ‘non-slip’ coarse.

Darren James, group resources director, Isuzu, said: “Put simply, we wanted to be able to offer our customers with the very best protective coating available and Raptor, in our mind, is it.”
