Dates announced for 2021 CV Show

Dates have been revealed for the 2021 Commercial Vehicle Show after the 2020 event was cancelled due to the coronavirus outbreak.

The 2021 CV Show will run between Tuesday 13 and Thursday 15 April

Next year’s show will run between Tuesday 13 and Thursday 15 April, with the organisers saying they are now focused on “ensuring that we do all we can to make the 2021 Show an opportunity for the road transport industry to recover some of the ground lost this year”.

The 2020 show had been due to take place at the NEC Birmingham from Tuesday 28 April to Thursday 30 April, providing a raft of unveilings, from new van debuts to the latest fleet management technology.

Commenting on the cancellation, the organisers said: “Following the ongoing situation with the Covid-19 pandemic together with guidance, issued by the Government that all mass gatherings are to be avoided, it has been clear that the only realistic option was to cancel this year’s event. As ever, our priority is to ensure the health and safety of our visitors, exhibitors and staff.”

They added: “We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support during this most challenging and unprecedented of times.”
