Dave Turner promoted to sales director at KeyFleet

Vehicle funding and leasing firm KeyFleet has made a key appointment within its senior management team with the promotion of Dave Turner to sales director.

Dave Turner, sales director at Keyfleet

Turner, formerly head of sales at KeyFleet, has been with the business since January 2017 after 17 years working for Bowker BMW in Accrington and Blackburn. He has more than 21 years’ experience in the motor trade and fleet industry.

Managing director Marc Mcloughlin said: “I’ve known Dave since we were at junior school together and I’m delighted he has accepted this role with the business after nearly five successful years with us. He is one of the best operators and most knowledgeable fleet professionals I have come across and I couldn’t be happier to have him as our sales director.

“Supporting fleets transition to electric vehicles is the next stage of our journey and making sure we have the skills and systems to deliver for our clients is firmly in Dave’s remit.”

His appointment comes as KeyFleet, which celebrates 14 years trading in March, updated its branding with the ‘Company Vehicle Solutions’ mantra to further cement its intention to support businesses with all things vehicle-related – including its brand-new salary sacrifice programme.

Turner said: “I am both humbled and excited that Marc and Lee [director] have asked me to join the board of KeyFleet as sales director. We have been on an unbelievable journey over the last years, and I am proud to have been given this opportunity.

“I’m looking forward to working even closer with our great team over the coming years to help our clients and future clients with their company vehicles and assist them in their journey to electrification of their fleet.”
