Faye Emms has joined DCH in the newly created position of client relationship executive. Emms, having previously worked for leading national radio companies, will be responsible for further enhancing the relationship between DCH and its clients.
Meanwhile, the company has bolstered its business development management ranks with the appointment of Ian Carter.
Kayleigh Roper has now joined the client support executive team from another division of the Days Motor Group and will be involved in day-to-day client management.
DCH has also strengthened its marketing team with Neil Vaughan, who joined the company in November last year, promoted to the post of marketing manager from marketing co-ordinator.
Additionally, Rebecca Thomas has joined DCH as apprentice administrator, which further reaffirms the company’s commitment to its established apprentice programme.
DCH director Aled Williams said: ‘By offering an apprentice scheme, Days Contract Hire is able to ensure that its workforce has all the required practical skills and academic qualifications necessary in order to be successful on a long-term basis.
‘Days Contract Hire has considerable experience offering apprenticeships, as a number of team members started their careers on the Days’ apprentice scheme.
‘The scheme has been key to encouraging staff loyalty, as many have remained at the company long-term. Days Contract Hire hopes that the apprentice scheme continues to develop the workforce, allowing employees to gain practical experience alongside their academic development.’
