Days Contract Hire reconfirms commitment to customer care with ISO certification

The fleet solutions firm says that since it’s gained the ISO 9001:2008 international quality management standard, it has used the tools and guidance provided by the certification to ensure that its products and services consistently meet client requirements and that the quality of its service continues to improve.

In addition, the firm has proved that it is operating an effective Environment Management System through the ISO 14001:2004 certification.

The company said that achieving these standards is a worthwhile investment that produces and delivers real-world benefits to Days Contract Hire's clients.

Director Aled Williams said: ‘At Days Contract Hire we are aware of the importance of giving the best to our customers as well as controlling our environmental impact. We always strive to offer the best service possible and are proud of both of these ISO certifications which support these two aspects of our overall ethos.’
