DispatchTrack introduces Track & Trace to transform last-mile deliveries

DispatchTrack has further enhanced its last-mile delivery platform with a new Track & Trace feature.

The new tool leverages GPS tracking and delivery status updates to provide a complete, up-to-the-minute audit trail that allows businesses to track the location of orders and service units across the last mile both during and after delivery.

Not only does this provide complete delivery transparency but it also combats false liability by enabling businesses to see precisely when and where deliveries have occurred, including capturing location data in areas where GPS and mobile connectivity is unreliable.

The new feature can capture massive amounts of data, organise it, and display it so users have access to the exact data they need in a meaningful way – from real-time delivery information to details required for troubleshooting deliveries.
