Ebbon-Dacs adds no-cost features to new-generation Leaselink platform

The new includes a new, highly visual, analytical user dashboard that provides leasing companies with the metrics to see how any aspect of the new vehicle ordering and delivery process is performing in one screen.

The dashboard, which will be available for preview from the end of the month, provides real-time information of the latest developments within the business and a forecast for the coming 12 months, and can be tailored to a specific leasing company and their exact requirements.

The new dashboard, which can be accessed from any remote device including smart phones, tablets or laptops, can also be viewed as a stand-alone to the main system without the need to log on to the main Leaselink platform.

This complements a newly launched data warehouse module that allows leasing companies to produce more detailed, customised and personalised reports from the Leaselink data available, and which has been developed following feedback from the Leaselink user groups.

Leaselink also offers a new-look user interface that will be rolled out across the platform as the new modules are introduced.

Robert Pilkington, managing director of the Leaselink International division of Ebbon-Dacs, said: ‘These first releases for new-generation Leaselink have been developed in conjunction with our users groups and are at no extra cost to users.

‘They are part of a rolling upgrade programme to replace all aspects of the current system and bring greater functionality, more flexibility and enhanced reporting capabilities for our users.

‘We really believe it has been worth the wait as we can deliver exciting new functionality while remaining compatible with all our integrations, data providers and years of customer data.

‘The exciting new dashboard and already released data warehouse are just the beginning of the modular releases. We are also implementing some very important new integrations to help dealers from linking franchises reduce the time they spend re-keying data and improve the accuracy of their communication with leasing companies.

‘We will shortly be sending out an e-brochure to our customers with details of the module deliveries and user interface replacements that are scheduled. At the same time, Leaselink will remain fully integrated with our moDel handover delivery solution which is, in parallel, being released in Android tablet form,’ he said.
