The combined business can provide public sector and corporate organisations with a range of commercial and specialist vehicle solutions, across operated hire, rental, contract hire and maintenance, and runs over 35 depots and service centres across the UK.

Changes to the senior leadership team also see Mandy Brown join Go Plant Fleet Services as national business development director, bringing 15 years’ experience developing business, both directly in the public sector and with large corporate organisations who deliver key services in that space.

She joins Arthur Macklin, who was appointed as bid manager last month, and brings a wealth of bid and tender experience, most recently providing commercial and contract management and bidding services to organisations including Highways England, Balfour Beatty, Aggregate Industries, and Go Plant.

In addition, Philip Quelch joins in January as national fleet engineering director. Quelch will use his 30 years’ plus experience of fleet and plant vehicles to ensure clients have the right specification of vehicle and operational support for their specialist fleets.
