The move follows the opening earlier this year of its £2-million retail van sales showroom in Cardiff, which will be joined this year by a dedicated van workshop with up to seven ramps and an MoT bay, as well as a comprehensively stocked Parts department and a conference and training area for staff.
Van ProCenter dealers run extended opening hours and meet strict requirements on everything from sales staff numbers, their training and expertise in specific models and business sectors, to advice on bodybuilding options and the availability of demonstration vehicles for test drives at short notice.
They also demonstrate ‘best-in-class’ brand and product presentation and, in addition to new models, retail a broad range of top-quality used vans, providing fair and transparent trade-in deals.
On after sales, meanwhile, they employ specially trained service advisors and technicians, and ensure customer mobility by providing replacement vehicles and collection and delivery services.
Van sales manager Paul Cox said: “Van ProCenter accreditation assures customers of industry-leading levels of service, not only when ordering and taking delivery of their new vehicles, but also once they’re on the road.”
