Europcar trials meet & greet service at “pop up” locations in Capital

The new locations offer a Europcar “Meet & Greet” service for pre-booked vehicle hire, ensuring a quick handover and are being trialled at key locations including Notting Hill, Camden and Earls Court.

Customers are met by a Europcar representative who will take them to their pre-booked hire car so that they can continue their journey in comfort. The pop up locations are open six days a week, Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturday, 8am to 1pm.



‘We are offering Europcar customers the ultimate in convenience, meeting demand where and when it’s needed most,’ said Ken McCall, managing director, Europcar UK Group.

‘Customers simply pre-book the vehicle of their choice at www.europcar.co.uk or via our call centre and then go to one of the 14 new pop locations to collect their car or van.


‘Our Meet & Greet services are featured at a number of key locations around London, ensuring we continue to bring our customers easy access to vehicle hire, even during the peak season. Whether it’s business people getting to meetings, local residents booking vans to move furniture or run errands or tourists keen to get out and about, Europcar’s got the Capital’s car hire needs covered.’
