Rob Clabon, Contract Manager – Technical Services, Co-op Property Co-op Property

Rob Clabon, Contract Manager for EV Charge Points at Co-op Food and Funeralcare, oversees maintenance and contributes to fleet electrification strategies across 3,000 sites. With 20 years of retail and property experience, Rob is dedicated to supporting Co-op’s role in advancing the net-zero agenda.

Richard Staveley, CEO, EO Charging

Richard is the CEO of EO Charging (EO). Richard is a dynamic CEO and NED, recognised for his transformational leadership and success in driving growth within PE and VC-funded companies in the e-mobility, IoT, and telecommunications sectors.

In addition to his role at EO Charging, he serves as Chairman of Zest Eco Ltd, a prominent EV Charge Point Operator and Managed Service Provider in the UK's e-mobility sector. Richard has played an integral role in Zest's journey, from its inception to its rapid expansion, underpinned by £105 million funding from the UK’s Central Infrastructure Investment Fund (CIIF) and Zouk Capital. This funding has enabled Zest to secure market wins and deployments with esteemed partners such as Hackney Council and Transport for London (TfL). His other previous CEO roles include spearheading substantial growth phases at Dense Air, where he executed a global business transformation strategy, and at ip.access, which led to a successful acquisition by Mavenir Inc in 2020.

Ashish Pandey, Principal Consultant, Xynteo

Ashish is an experienced strategy consultant with over seven years of expertise in advising clients on complex strategy and investment projects within the domains of energy transition and eMobility. He has collaborated with organizations across the entire EV infrastructure value chain, gaining practical and applied experience. His work with solution providers, investors, and owners/operators has equipped him with a multidisciplinary and comprehensive understanding of the eMobility ecosystem. Before joining Xynteo, he worked with PA Consulting and KPMG UK in their respective energy transition practices.

His past projects in the eMobility sector include designing European vehicle electrification strategies for two of the world’s largest auto OEMs, reviewing technology platforms for two of the UK’s leading charging service providers, and partnering with a global Pharmaceutical player over a 12-month period to design and implement an electrification strategy for their 18,000-vehicle global fleet. Additionally, he supported London Luton Airport in developing its transition strategy for electrifying both groundside and airside operations. Ashish holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from Imperial College London and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from MMMUT Gorakhpur in India.
Richard Earl, EO

Richard Earl, R&D Director, EO Charging

Richard Earl is the Director of Research and Development at EO Charging. For the last 20 years, Richard has been working in the energy and automotive sectors across a number of engineering and leadership roles. Since studying Electrical and Electronic Engineering at university he has developed code for safety critical applications such as engine controllers, lead teams of software developers to develop large scale software applications managing millions of end points and he has managed cross functional teams to deliver several electronic products to the mass market.

In his roles at EO Charging he has led the successful delivery and evolution of the Mini, Mini Pro and Genius families of electric vehicle charging stations along with the introduction of OCPP into the business. Two of the products that Richard has helped to deliver have received nominations for product innovation along with submission for patents.

Richard is also the chair of the BEAMA EV Infrastructure Group helping the industry navigate the evolving regulatory landscape as EV infrastructure moves from niche to mass adoption.
John Kendall

John Kendall, Van Fleet World, Editor

After working in automotive consultancy for a few years, John moved into journalism. Taking up the editor's chair at Van Fleet World in 2005, he moved to sister title International Fleet World in 2013.

After leaving PSA at the end of 2016, he assisted PSA with PR for Citroën, Peugeot, DS Automobiles and Free2Move Lease before Stellantis' formation in 2020. He joined Van Fleet World for the second time later that year and contributes to several other publications.
