Farizon has announced a series of industry partnerships with conversion firms and more as its SV large van debuts at the Commercial Vehicle Show 2025.
The Chinese brand is working to disrupt the UK van sector with its fully electric Farizon SV van and is using this year’s CV show to showcase the largest L3 H3 version for the very first time, alongside the L1 H1 and L2 H2 versions already revealed.
Farizon has also announced a series of partnerships with leading specialists in van conversions, panelling, security and charging kit, signalling the brand’s commitment to ensuring the Farizon SV can be customised with approved conversions and enhancements, ready for work across a variety of use cases.
These include an SV converted by Paneltex. Centre stage on Farizon’s stand at the CV Show, the refrigerated SV can maintain temperatures as low as 0°C without extra batteries thanks to a GAH refrigeration unit driven by the SV’s own high-voltage electrical architecture. This saves weight and preserves the SV’s load space.
Motexion, a specialist in producing premium interior flooring, lining, and bulkheads for commercial vehicles, has also showcased a Farizon SV equipped with its cargo-carrying protection solutions. On display in Hall 5, the SV’s cargo area is fitted with bespoke flooring, side and roof linings, and wheel arch covers. The protective panelling enhances practicality, prevents damage, and improves temperature and noise insulation.
Farizon has also announced that Locks 4 Vans will be the company’s recommended security partner. The Kent-based specialist has designed a suite of security products specifically for the Farizon SV, including hook locks, slamlocks, surface-mounted statement locks and a range of shielding solutions.
Wottz, specialists in EV charging products and services, has also been selected to supply extra-long charging cables for SV users who require a secure connection further from their vehicle. Farizon-approved cables up to 7.5m long are available.
Kate McLaren, head of marketing and sales operations at distributor Jameel Motors UK, said: “The CV Show is a great opportunity for us to showcase that the Farizon SV is ready for work, and can be adapted by approved specialist partners to meet specific use cases. Built for business, and setting a new benchmark in the electric van market, the SV’s advanced tech delivers tangible practical benefits for users, and these conversions further enhance our offering to customers.”
Jameel Motors UK has also signed up the AA to provide nationwide service, maintenance, repair and roadside assistance for the Farizon SV.
The AA’s multi-layer support package for Farizon customers includes regular service and maintenance provision through its 213 expert EV- and LCV-certified aftersales workshops across the country, as well as nationwide coverage of over 100 on-call mobile technicians. In addition, one year of AA Roadside Assistance is included in the purchase price of all new Farizon SV vans and is transferrable with ownership.
As well as roadside assistance with an average response time of just 49 minutes, the agreement sees the AA aiming to fulfil routine service bookings at just 48 hours’ notice. It will also provide a dedicated telephone helpline to take bookings as well as for technical and customer service enquiries.
James Starling, business services director at the AA, said: “We are extremely impressed with the Farizon SV and are looking forward to working with Jameel Motors on its pioneering EV van fleet to enhance the on-the-road experience for its customers in the future.”
Jameel Motors UK has also partnered with DHL for the market launch of the Farizon SV. DHL Supply Chain will handle finished vehicle and aftermarket logistics for the fully electric large van in the UK and will also be responsible for the Farizon press and demo fleet.
Now available to order, with prices starting at £45,000 OTR (plus VAT), the Farizon SV is available in five different size combinations: L1 H1, L1 H2, L2 H2, L2 H3 and L3 H3, with first deliveries expected in Q2 2025.
