Verizon Connect has launched an integrated field service management solution to simplify dispatching, scheduling and job management.
Operating in near real-time, Reveal Field works with the Verizon Connect Reveal platform to combine vehicle location data and technician status in an all-in-one solution that can streamline operations and help managers provide more accurate customer ETAs.
Features include the simple scheduling that enables operators to view available technicians and vehicle location and schedule jobs, and live map integration.
