Fleet Alliance gains gold Investors in People status

The firm, which manages and funds around 14,800 vehicles on behalf of its customers, joins the top 1% of UK businesses who have achieved the top standard.

Fleet Alliance managing director, Martin Brown said: ‘Naturally, we are delighted to have achieved gold accreditation with Investors in People, which is testimony to the hard work we have carried out in developing our people and our business.

‘We have had IIP accreditation since 2002 and several years ago we achieved silver status, but to achieve the gold standard is a fitting reward for the level of effort and commitment shown by all the employees at Fleet Alliance.

‘This is part of an ongoing process of continual development and we will continue to make great efforts to achieve the very high standards we have set ourselves,’ he said.

Last year, the firm was voted the best place to work in Scotland and the fifth best place in the UK by the Great Places to Work Institute.
