Fleet technology and software solutions company Fleetclear has appointed Sai Prudhvi Potta as project manager within its software development team.
Sai, who is originally from Southern India, has a master’s degree in Engineering Management, a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and has helped develop cloud solutions for companies in both India and the UK.
In his new role, he will support the continuing progression and enhancement of Fleetclear Connect technology platform, guide the team as a group and on a one-to-one basis and support the development team with new feature development.
Sai said: “I am delighted to join Fleetclear. I like the way the company has evolved and continues to do so. They always have an eye on the future as well as looking after their customers in the here and now. Their technology is excellent, the team are very talented, and the customer base is very solid.”
His appointment is the latest in a raft of personnel changes at the firm, including the promotion of Chris Waller to chief technical officer and the arrivals of Emma Poore as sales manager for the South East and Corinne Davies as business development manager.
Fleetclear was founded over a decade ago as Innovative Safety Systems Ltd (ISS) and recently rebranded. It’s evolved from a leading vehicle safety and technology manufacturer into a complete fleet solution provider with an end-to-end solution for all fleet operators.
Solutions include the Cyclear cyclist safety warning device, anti-rollaway and driver ID technology, camera recording systems and reverse radar, plus the recently launched Fleetclear Connect web-based fleet management software system, which provides a simplified, user-friendly way to manage vehicles and drivers.
