Fleetclear appoints new sales manager for southeast

Emma Poore has joined fleet technology and software solutions company Fleetclear as sales manager for the southeast.

Emma Poore, sales manager for the southeast at Fleetclear

She succeeds James Attrell who became commercial director earlier this year.

Poore brings in-depth knowledge of local authority fleet operations thanks to spending seven years as municipal account manager for one of the country’s largest Ford dealerships focusing mainly on LCV operators. She also has over a decade of experience working in marketing, sales and business development roles.

Poore said: “I got to know Fleetclear as a supplier in my previous role and was always impressed by the quality and reliability of the products. The customer service was superb, and I liked the culture of the company. It’s exciting taking on a new role but I’m glad to be staying in the fleet sector, as I can put my experience to good use. I’m looking forward to getting to know my customers as well as learning more about Fleetclear’s latest products and expanding my knowledge about heavy goods vehicles.”

James Attrell commented: “It’s fantastic news that Emma has decided to join the team. She is extremely competent and knowledgeable and understands the kinds of challenges that fleet operators face. I am confident she will help to ensure our continued success across the southeast.”

The company was founded over a decade ago as Innovative Safety Systems Ltd (ISS) and recently rebranded to Fleetclear. Its initial focus was on developing vehicle safety and technology but has since evolved into a complete fleet solution provider with an end-to-end solution for all fleet operators.

Solutions include the Cyclear cyclist safety warning device, anti-rollaway and driver ID technology, camera recording systems and reverse radar, plus the recently launched Fleetclear Connect web-based fleet management software system.
