Ford Fleet Management signs up FMG for incident management

Ford Fleet Management has selected FMG to provide specialist vehicle incident management solutions for UK customers of its new mobility solutions business.

Launched at the start of the year in partnership with ALD, Ford Fleet Management provides a one-stop shop for leasing and fleet management services, helping fleets to maximise productivity and uptime for any passenger or light commercial vehicle.

FMG will integrate its 24/7 accident management services into the service, ensuring drivers are kept safe and mobile in the event of vehicle incidents.

FMG’s flexible solution provides a full range of services including 24/7 incident reporting, vehicle recovery, repair and uptime management and a range of legal services including uninsured loss recovery and non-fault hire.
