Sales of Ford medium commercials, headed by Ford Transit and Ford Transit Custom, are also up from 3,492 to 4,416, and Ford’s share of MCV sales is 33.3%, up from 30.4% in January 2013.
Ford Fiesta Van, Ford Transit Custom and Ford Transit were also leaders in their respective segments in January 2013.
According to the SMMT, Ford’s total vehicle registrations grow 11.7% in the first month of 2014, compared with January 2013, with sales at 26,701 and share of 15.3%.
