ForWare has added to its fleet management platform with a host of changes and new solutions that include an EV maintenance tool.
The company serves fleets of all sizes in the UK and Ireland, including mission-critical operators such as emergency services, backed by 30 years of experience. Its platform streamlines the entire fleet management process, from booking vehicle health checks to authorisation, work-in-progress through to compliance.
As part of continuous efforts to simplify operations for fleet managers and service managers, ForWare has launched a new EV solution to help resolve any disruption from the switch to electric vehicles.
The tool streamlines maintenance, whether operators have a mix of EVs and internal combustion vehicles, or are transitioning to an all-electric fleet.
Other new additions include a streamlining service event management for fleet managers. This helps fleets schedule service-related events, including vehicle health checks, based on either dates or live mileage, providing notifications to enable adherence to manufacturer-recommended service schedules, and ensure warranty compliance.
ForWare has also introduced a new compliance solution where fleet managers can track and book all mandatory vehicle tests easily – without requiring multiple logins across multiple sites.
The latest changes are underpinned by a new and improved website that includes videos, illustrating how each ForWare application can improve fleet and vehicle service operations. Prospective users can also use the site to schedule a complimentary consultation on the company’s services.
Alan Maher, head of sales and marketing for ForWare, said: “Our new website emphasises the importance of adaptability in the face of the changing automotive landscape. ForWare has always been dedicated to empowering fleets to thrive in the face of change. Our new ForWare.io website embodies this commitment by offering a fresh and user-friendly interface, showcasing the wide range of applications we have developed to meet the evolving demands of the automotive industry.”
