Free tickets for this week’s DriveVansA2Z 2016

Taking place at Silverstone on 20-21 September, the event will enable visitors to put the latest vans, van conversions, mini-buses, 4x4s, pick-ups and car derived vans from leading manufacturers to the test, back to back and using circuits ranging from the real-world driving route, the Stow Circuit, rough terrain centre and off-road course.

In total, eight manufacturers will be present, including Fiat Professional which will offer a full complement of LCVs for testing, from the compact Fiorino to the biggest Euro 6-engined Ducato and including the Doblò Cargo, the Talento and Fullback.

Ford will bring its latest, updated, all-encompassing Transit range – Connect, Custom and the 3.5-tonne Transit – now featuring Euro 6 engines, along with the Fiesta Van and the new Euro 6 Ranger pick-up.

Iveco’s revamped Daily will also be available to test, with its range of Euro 6 diesels and the brand-new electronic eight-speed Hi-Matic automatic gearbox.

On the LDV stand, the V80 Series Maxus will be present, with demonstrators including the all-electric EV80.

The Mercedes-Benz line-up will cover a full range of Citans, Vitos and Sprinters while experts will be on hand to explain how the brand keeps businesses moving. The brand will also be pointing out the benefits of its new Used Approved scheme.

SsangYong will be showing its new Musso one-tonne pick-up ahead of its UK press launch in October. Powered by a 2.2-litre Euro 6 diesel engine, the new Musso pick-up is a re-working of the Korando Sports and retains its independent multi-link/coil spring rear suspension system for improved on road ride and handling.

On the Toyota stand visitors will get their first chance to try out the all-new Proace while the event also marks the driving show debut of the new-generation Hilux pick-ups.

Finally, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles will be showcasing a number of its vehicles, including the Caddy, the Transporter panel van in a variety of specs, plus one refrigerated van, and the new sixth-generation Caravelle. Crafter will also be present in a number of guises – panel van, chassis and double cab and one with a caged tipper – along with the Amarok pick-up.

Admission tickets normally cost £25 but visitors can benefit from a 100% discount under a special offer. Fleet World Group is not associated with the offer or the event, but to book your place, click here:
