Gentili buys Chambers Vehicle Conversions

Under the deal, the business has been renamed Gentili UK, which completely replaces the CVC brand but the bodyshop activities will continue to trade under the existing K&G banner.

Gentili added that the acquisition means that the Gentili Classic range of van racking products will be now manufactured in the UK offering quicker lead times to all customers.

Gentili has long been a key partner to CVC providing high quality van racking and roof ladder systems.

In a statement, the firm said: ‘The acquisition and creation of Gentili UK further strengthens their position in the UK market and joins together two family run businesses. We are excited for the future and look forward to working with our customers, suppliers and other strategic partners in the weeks, months and years ahead.’

Gentili products will continue to be available from all other existing UK outlets.
