Growth in hospitality sector prompts van purchases

Pure CF, which supplies bespoke fixtures and fittings to hotels, restaurants, pubs and clubs, has reported unprecedented growth during a five-year period in which it has more than doubled the size of its workforce.

As a result, the company, based in Stone, Staffordshire, has now taken delivery of five new vans for its busy installations team.

Managing director Paul Gill says the move is a sign that the hospitality sector, and particularly the restaurant trade, is thriving once more.

He said: “Our business has been booming during the last few years and that shows that hotels, restaurants and pubs are doing well again.

“Our fleet of vehicles has naturally increased in line with the growth of the company and, with the addition of these new vans, we now have 11 on our books.”

The vehicles, each decked out in the company’s green and black livery featuring a striking new logo, will each be allocated to a senior installer.

Gill added: “The new vans will help make us more efficient at a stroke and will help keep costs to a minimum.

“We operate all over the country and our client base is growing constantly. The restaurant market in particular is growing at a remarkable rate.

“Our fitters will now be able to remain off-site for a number of days at a time so we can undertake multiple fit-outs at the same time.”

Peter Wright, sales and marketing director at Motiva, added: “Companies are now showing much greater demand for vans and trucks on their fleet and that’s a sign that the economy, both in Staffordshire and the UK as a whole, is on the up again.

“We’re now geared up better than we’ve ever been in the past and can supply any van or HGV.

“We also have funding partners in place to grow our van and truck solutions business further.”
