Mark Cockburn has joined Helphire Group as head of business change, while Andrew Blake joins the Helphire Group Commercial team as head of field sales.
Cockburn joins from the BLG Group where he was in a Senior Project and Change Management role. During the past two years he has been involved in the delivery of enhancements to an online customer solution which has improved the sales conversion of add on products and reduced customer interaction and documentation costs. He joins Helphire at a time when it has similar developments underway.
Andrew Blake joins from BUPA Health and Wellbeing where he was most recently responsible for growing sales through a large, nationwide field team, managing regional telemarketing campaigns, and formulating retention strategies.
Blake has over 12 years’ sales, sales management and lead generation experience,w which he will utilise to manage Helphire’s field sales, telesales, telemarketing and sales support teams to drive consistent growth across all key market sectors.
