Herd Group has partnered with Allstar to support the service, repair and maintenance (SMR) offering within its Herd Connect fleet management solution.
The deal will see Allstar ServicePoint deliver a range of bespoke services to fleet drivers via the ‘Brilliant Herd Connect’ platform. These include booking management services, vehicle off-road (VOR) management, network management, job requests and authority management.
The tie-up ensures Herd Connect continues to deliver a seamless fleet management outsourcing service, drawing on Herd’s specialism in commercial vehicle fleet solutions. It offers fleet management consultancy, fleet compliance, service and maintenance, and a customer dashboard that offers visibility over the status of your fleet.
The partnership with Allstar will give fleet customers direct access to a nationwide network of repairers, both franchise dealer and independent, that meets all service, maintenance and repair requirements. It also provides competitive rates and the additional support of the Allstar ServicePoint team to further reduce unnecessary expenditure alongside Herd’s own team.
